This stainless steel roaster pan from Cooks Standard is built for holiday turkeys, weeknight roast chickens, and everything in between. Made from 18/10 heavy gauge stainless steel, it conducts heat evenly, and the riveted handles are sturdy enough for lifting a full roast.

The included V-shaped rack promotes even browning on all sides while letting drippings collect in the pan below for making sauces and gravy. The rack's shape also creates more room for larger roasts, along with vegetables and aromatics arranged around them.

The pan measures 14 x 11 inches inside (15 x 12 inches edge to edge, with a 3-inch depth and a height of 5.4 inches including the handles), and fits standard convection ovens. Beyond roasting, the flat bottom makes it useful for baking and other oven tasks, making it a practical choice for cooking for a crowd. It works on gas, electric, glass, and ceramic stovetops (not induction), is oven safe up to 500°F, and is dishwasher safe.
