Cook N Home 9.5-Inch Hard Anodized Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan, Yellow

This cooking pan is quite heavy duty. It has some weight to it. Build quality is very good. 9.5" size is plenty for cooking a meal. I used it to cook some scramble eggs and it didn't stick at all. Washing was easy. Decent non stick pan for the price.

I'm always a bit skeptical of a new pan, but I'm quite happy with this one. It's a good size for frying up some eggs for breakfast and has some nice weight to it, which is important for heat transfer. And indeed, it cooks quite well and retains its heat properly in the pan without overheating the handle, which is overall quite comfortable to hold. The non-stick coating works like a charm and seems quite durable. I fully expect it to last a long time, though it's only been through a few cooks so far in my home (but shows absolutely no signs of wear or scratching so far). As with most non-stick pans, it washes easily. I only use nonstick pans on occasion, but this one will definitely find a place in my common rotation.

Such a great non-stick stove top pan! I made scrambled eggs and the clean up was so much easier than my other pans. The color is a beutiful blue that i absolutely love. The only downside to this pan is that it did NOT include a lid.

This frying pan is a valuable addition to my collection of cookware. It has a comfortable medium weight and thickness, allowing for easy one-handed lifting. The handle is cool to the touch and does not heat up when cooking. The non-stick coating ensures quick, effortless cleanup, as any leftover food can be wiped away. It heats evenly and warms up rapidly, reducing cooking time and enhancing the flavors of the dishes. Although it's marketed as a 9.5-quart pan, the tall sides make it simple to flip or stir ingredients without spills. Overall, this is a superb buy that’s well worth the price.

I picked this up mainly to replace a nonstick pan that had started sticking no matter what I did, and the dark blue exterior looked like a nice change from the usual black cookware in my kitchen. I run an induction cooktop, so that was the first thing I tested, and it heated up fast and evenly with no hot spots. The hard anodized ceramic coating is the real story here. Eggs slide right off without needing much oil, and the aluminum core does a good job spreading heat across the whole surface instead of just the center. The handle stays cool even after several minutes on the stove, and the pan itself has some real weight to it, not the flimsy feel you get from a lot of budget nonstick cookware. Cleanup afterward is quick, a rinse and a wipe usually does it.Like most ceramic nonstick pans, letting it fully heat up before adding food makes a noticeable difference in how well things release, and I'd stick to medium heat rather than cranking the heat higher. It handled everything I threw at it on induction without issue, and for the price, it's a solid everyday pan. Five stars.
