Made with multi-ply clad construction featuring 18/10 stainless steel and an aluminum core, the pan provides fast, even heat distribution from the bottom through the sidewalls. The durable stainless steel surface is resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and deformation.

Excellent pan and safe compared to Teflon pans that eventually flake which makes it risky eating food with Teflon residue. Easy to clean and made super sturdy. I also bought Cooks large pot and can’t wait until Cooks small pot goes on sale so I can complete my set for my wife who loves the overall quality..

Pan sucks

4 eggs, 1 tablespoon of high heat avocado oil …. I preheated the pan then added the oil at a low heat. Stuck right to pan. Pan sucks

We love it!

My wife loves this pan! It has been amazing, and the quality is top notch! The glass lid is also so beautiful and easy to clean! (We bought the 12” frying pan and glass lid option).

Defective or......?

I like the weight and the construction, but what a PITA. Reading the care instructions makes you think you have a fragile, delicate item that you must not use in any harsh way or the pan will be mad at you.. But I followed the instructions. And no matter what I did, I had to clean the pan two to three times after each use. Sponge (as recommended) - no. Dish brush with warm soapy water - no. Barkeeper's friend - the only thing that finally removes the grey shadow stains of the food that I cooked. Even sauteed shrimp on medium-low, and it stained the pan. Either I have a defective pan, or they tried to save a couple of bucks and didn't polish the inside of the pan like they should have to prevent this from happening. Too late and too much trouble to return it, so I'm stuck with either not using it or going through the 2-3 step cleaning process every time I use it.
