The Cooks Standard 8-Piece Multi-Ply Clad Hard Anodized Cookware Set, Stainless Steel includes: 1. 5 and 3 quart covered saucepans, 8 quart covered stockpot, 10-inch fry pan, and a 10-inch stainless steel steamer insert that fits the 8 quart stockpot. Multi-ply clad construction is a combination of 18/10 stainless steel interior with an aluminum core and hard anodized exterior. Hard anodized aluminum for strength, temperature control, and looks great. Stainless steel is durable, rust-resistant, and cleans easily. Aluminum core for quick/even heating and prevents hot spots. Solid stainless steel lids keeps heat and moisture in for flavor and fit on fry pan. Riveted v-shaped handles stay cool/comfortable and has a hole for hanging. Not Induction compatible. Works on gas, electric, glass, halogen, ceramic, etc. Oven safe to 500F. Not Dishwasher safe, hand wash is recommended. For hard stains, please use Bar Keepers Friend.
