Made of multi-ply clad metal with 18/10 stainless steel on the interior and exterior and an aluminum core extending from the bottom through the sidewalls, the stockpot provides fast and even heat distribution. The brushed stainless steel exterior offers a durable, scratch-resistant finish while combining the strength of stainless steel with the heat conductivity of aluminum.
The soft-touch handles feature airflow technology to help keep them cooler and provide a comfortable grip. The secure-fitting lid helps retain heat and moisture during cooking. Compatible with induction, gas, electric, glass, ceramic, and halogen cooktops; oven safe up to 500°F. Dishwasher safe; hand washing is recommended.
