This 11-inch square grill pan from Cooks Standard is built for indoor grilling — steak, burgers, chicken, vegetables, and seafood — when an outdoor grill isn't an option.
The pan is made from hard anodized aluminum, which heats quickly and evenly for consistent results and long-lasting performance. A nonstick coating helps food release easily and keeps cleanup simple. The raised ridged surface creates classic grill marks and channels excess fat away from food, for healthier, more flavorful cooking.
The ergonomic, riveted handle stays cool to the touch for a secure grip. The pan works on gas, electric, and ceramic stovetops (it's not compatible with induction) and is oven safe up to 500°F for finishing dishes under the broiler or roasting.
