Stainless steel lid keeps in heat/moisture and creates a seal. Long riveted handles stay cool and comfortable with a hole for hanging. Large size is multipurpose for boiling, frying, steaming, and more. Induction compatible. Works on gas, electric, glass, glass, halogen, etc. Oven safe to 500°F. Dishwasher safe.
