Made with two layers of 18/10 stainless steel and an aluminum core along the base and walls, the multi-ply clad construction provides fast, even heat distribution and helps minimize hot spots. The polished stainless steel surface is durable and easy to clean.
The tempered glass lid allows easy cooking visibility while helping retain heat and moisture. The riveted handle provides a comfortable grip and stays cooler during cooking. The wok is compatible with induction, gas, electric, glass, ceramic, and halogen cooktops, oven safe up to 500°F, with the glass lid safe up to 350°F, and dishwasher safe.
