This 2-quart saucepan features a durable hard anodized aluminum construction with a ceramic nonstick interior for easy food release and cleanup. The heavy-gauge aluminum body provides fast, even heat distribution for consistent cooking.
The tempered glass lid includes a steam vent for convenient cooking visibility, while the riveted stainless steel handle provides a secure and comfortable grip. The full induction bottom makes the saucepan compatible with induction, gas, electric, glass, ceramic, and halogen cooktops.
The saucepan is oven safe up to 500°F, with the glass lid safe up to 350°F. Dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended.
