This 11-inch nonstick frying pan is designed for frying, sautéing, omelets, and everyday cooking. Its spacious cooking surface is suitable for preparing larger portions while the deep black exterior and apricot-colored interior provide a distinctive look.

It does stick!

I only used this pan once or sometimes twice a week since purchased last January. It started sticking right away on eggs. False advertising is why 3 stars. The pan is great on other items like frying bacon, burgers, browning etc. but, sucks for eggs. I do not like my over-easy eggs crispy on the bottom and broken every time when I try to get them loose in this skillet. Even happens with plenty of oil in skillet. Tied to make an omelet when I first got it, ended up broken and more like scrambled. Have went back to my stainless or cast iron skillets for eggs. I always hand wash and dry after it has cooled. It is made well and fairly heavy with a nice finish. I don't recommend if you are looking for an non-stick egg skillet.

Must Have

I bought this because we could not use our copper skillet on our new glass top stove. This one is safe for that use. It is an exceptional skillets. Cooks awesome and cleaning is a breeze. I highly recommend this skillet.

Great value for the money and perfect size for my electric cook top with center down draft

Great pan. Impressed with the non stick eggs slide right off and cleaning is a breeze.

First I bought the small 8 inch pan. I was so impressed I upped the game and bought the 11 inch. This is a sturdy, well-designed frying pan. Heavy bottom. Good heat conductivity. Solid feel to the handle. My big test is always a French omelette on gentle heat and a hard sear on a steak (Gasp! Yes, I did not use my cast iron on the steak.) This pan performed beautifully. Chances are I will also get the next size up to make it a 3-pan collection.
