This 20-quart water bath canner provides ample capacity for canning, jarring, simmering stocks and soups, making sauces, and other large-batch cooking. The included jar rack securely holds multiple canning jars during the water bath process.
Made of food-grade 18/10 stainless steel with a polished finish, the pot is durable, corrosion resistant, heat resistant, and easy to clean. The impact-bonded aluminum disc base provides fast, even heat distribution and helps prevent hot spots, while the magnetic stainless steel bottom makes the pot suitable for induction cooking.
The 304 stainless steel canning rack features extra-thick 3.5 mm wires and handles for secure and convenient handling. It holds up to 8 pint jars or 7 quart jars and accommodates both regular-mouth and wide-mouth mason jars. The pot is compatible with induction, gas, electric, glass, ceramic, and other cooktops. Dishwasher safe; oven safe up to 400°F, with the lid safe up to 350°F.
