The nonstick coating provides easy food release and cleanup while allowing for cooking with less oil. The aluminum body helps prevent hot spots for more even heating.
The tempered glass lid features a steam vent for easy cooking visibility and spill control. The riveted handle with a soft-touch Bakelite grip stays cooler during cooking and provides a comfortable, secure hold. The saucepan is compatible with gas, electric, glass, ceramic, and halogen cooktops, but is not induction compatible. Oven safe up to 350°F and dishwasher safe.
