Made from mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel, the saucepan features an impact-bonded aluminum disc between layers of stainless steel for quick, even heat distribution. The reflective finish inside and out offers a clean appearance and makes the surface easy to maintain.
The tempered glass lid features a steam vent, allowing you to monitor food while cooking. Riveted stainless steel handles provide a secure, comfortable grip and include hanging holes for convenient storage. Compatible with induction, gas, electric, glass, ceramic, and halogen cooktops. Oven safe up to 500°F, with the lid safe up to 350°F. Dishwasher safe.
