Made of polished 18/10 stainless steel with an impact-bonded aluminum disc bottom, the pot provides fast, even heat distribution and helps prevent hot spots. The magnetic stainless steel bottom makes it compatible with induction cooktops.
The tempered glass lid features a steam vent for easy cooking visibility while releasing excess steam. Riveted silicone-wrapped handles provide a comfortable grip and stay cooler during cooking. The stockpot is compatible with induction, gas, electric, glass, ceramic, and other cooktops, oven safe up to 400°F, with the lid safe up to 350°F, and dishwasher safe.
