The Cook N Home 12-inch stainless steel canning rack helps safely lower, raise, and organize jars during water bath canning. Each rack holds up to 8 pint jars or 7 quart jars and works with both regular-mouth and wide-mouth Mason jars.
Made of 18/10 stainless steel with extra-thick 3.5 mm wire, the rack provides a strong and durable structure that resists rust, corrosion, and deformation. The contoured handles rest securely on the edge of the pot, making it easier to position and remove jars while helping keep them away from the sides of the canner.
Two foldable handles provide a secure grip for lifting jars and fold down for compact storage. The rack can also be turned around for use as a steam canning rack. Each rack measures approximately 12 inches in diameter and 8.5 inches high with the handles extended. Check that your canning pot has an interior size larger than 11.8 × 8.5 inches before use.
